Loveland was founded in 2015 with the mission of rescuing and rehabilitating abused and neglected animals, particularly those who have fallen victim to our current food system. Our original plan was to execute this mission through the establishment of an animal sanctuary within Orange County. We had been actively fundraising and received a substantial amount of donations from our supporters; yet in 2020, we had unfortunately reached a plateau. Due to the difficulty of acquiring land in our county, the increased risk of wildfires, and the introduction of Covid-19, we realized that there may be a better course of action for turning our mission into a reality. Through the Loveland Lends-a-Hand Partnership Program, we offer a solution that allows us to stay true to our goals and help animals who need it the most. Check out all that this program has allowed us to accomplish since then by clicking on the link below, including the 92 total lives we’ve helped save to date!

Our Goals

At Loveland, we look to further our influence beyond the individual contribution of adopting a vegan lifestyle; our long-term goal is to empower members of the community to foster this approach for themselves, as well as to provide businesses with the tools they need to extend their learning throughout their own communities.

Take Action

Out there in the world, there are millions of animals desperate to be rescued from their deplorable living conditions and the eventual, heartbreaking fate that awaits them. We're looking for generous donors - sharing in our mission, vision and values - who will help us further our goals of affecting as many lives as possible.
